Anxiety, stress, sadness - life can be challenging, and at times those challenges can feel unbearable. My work focuses on helping clients cultivate the skills and self-awareness to meet those challenges head on. I specialize in helping survivors of trauma, including but not limited to: abusive relationships, sexual assault, child abuse, and systemic oppression. I have also helped clients manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD, navigate life transitions, build better relationship and communication skills, and process their pasts in order to make their present work better for who they are.
